The hotel was beautiful and very clean. All the staff were lovely! My partner and I would like to give a special shout out to the bar staff near reception and the bar staff on the beach. They really warm and personable which always adds to the experience. They also know how to mix a good cocktail! There was always something to do at the hotel and the different food to choose from. We were quite spoilt for choice! Our personal highlights were the BBQ corner, the waffle station and the Taverna. On the warmer days of our stay, we were able to catch some sun on the beach and enjoy the view of the sea. The room was beautiful. It was cleaned daily and the mini bar was always restocked. The evenings were action packed - our room had a balcony so we would sit outside and enjoy the music playing downstairs. We also noticed that there were also activities for children running simultaneously so I would recommend Mitsis to all my friends and family with small children. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

The whole resort is on a high comfort standard. You will love the stunning sunrise and sunset while strolling around or having a morning run on the softest sand beach I know. Yes you can see both! Not the only reason why the hotel beach my favorit, the other is their comfy sun lounger and super service, beginning from delicous barbecue, pizza, crepe to very nice cocktails. Loving their main bar with excellent cocktails and nightly entertainment. Everyday in the morning you can see their workers cleaning up the beach, pool, outside facilities even the windows are cleaned up everyday. Conclusio it's worth its money. PS: you can book their restaurants for lunch or dinner too. I recommend in advance or the very nice front manager will help you.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel, it was very relaxing but despite it being a large resort, it didn’t ever feel overcrowded. The cocktails in the main bar were very good. Often I find cocktails abroad can be very sweet and sickly interpretations, but these were great! Also the drinks by the pool and beach were very nice, albeit a smaller menu. Food was very good. We booked restaurants ahead of our arrival so we had no issue with bookings. The Taverna for lunch is an absolute standout for sure. The menu in the evening unfortunately is not so good, and it’s missing a little atmosphere.

The presence of a nutritionist on-site was a fantastic touch, as she helped accommodate dietary restrictions, and the waitstaff were all well-informed about food intolerances. The availability of à la carte dining options, a beautiful beach area, and various dining facilities added to the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to Heraklion Airport made our arrival and departure incredibly convenient.

The food is hit or miss depending on which main restaurant that you dine at, but the Beach BBQ and Waffle and Crepe stations are incredible. There is no shortage of food options and we did not need to leave the resort for the majority of our stay. All inclusive is worth it but be sure to book main restaurants online in advance. The location is on the beach and main pool over looks the coast. Great location and views, and a 15 minute bus journey from Heraklion Airport.
